I noticed that there was a gentleman on the median strip holding a cardboard box at Sydney’s famous Bondi Beach.


As traffic slowed down for a red traffic light along the beach, a couple of drivers tossed coins into the box as they passed him.


As I came alongside him, I asked: “For what charity are you collecting?.”


He replied. “None, I am just trying to get back to my family on the beach with these ice creams before they melt!”
